  4. How fast a student learns does not determine the goodness of a learner. The most critical requirement is that clients learn and be successful.
  5. The manner in which a learner views him/herself will have a direct and important bearing on success for that individual.
  6. All learners have unique skills and talents. Our task is to identify them and nurture their development.
  7. Learning is an open experience. There are no mysteries or surprises in the total process. What is to be learned, how it is to be learned, and how it will be assessed will be clear and open at all times.
  8. Learners success is determined by participation, attendance, and commitment.
