1. Alleyne Lake-64km. (40 mi.) north of Princeton. Follow Highway 5A for 55 km (34mi.) and turn off on Bates Road. A car is adequate and the Kentucky-Alleyne Recreation Area provides camping, picnicing and boat launch facilities. BACK TO MAP

2. Allison Lake-29km. (18mi.) north of Princeton beside Highway 5A. Camping at Allison Lake Provincial Park and a boat launch are present. BACK TO MAP

3. Andys Lake-90km.(56mi.) northwest of Princeton. Turn off Highway 5A onto a main gravel road 1.5 km south of the Kentucky-Alleyne turnoff. A second branch road must be taken 12km. (7.5mi) down this road. There is a final hike of 1km to the lake. BCFS recreation site present and a truck is recommended. BACK TO MAP

4. Bluey Lake-65km. (40mi.) north of Princeton. Access is by way of a second branch off the road to Alleyne Lake. BCFS recreation site and steep boat launch are present. 4X4 is recommended.

5. Borgeson Lake-27km. (17mi.) north of Princeton on Highway 5A. Picnic grounds and cartop boat launching site are present. BACK TO MAP

6. Boss Lake-70km. (44mi.) north of Princeton on Highway 5A. Access is as for Andys Lake with a second branch 11km. (7mi.) after leaving Highway 5A. BCFS recreation site with cartop boat launch present. A car should be adequate. BACK TO MAP

7. Brook Lake-Located by trail 1km. west of Andys Lake. A truck is recommended and a BCFS recreation site is present. BACK TO MAP

8. Chain Lake-40km. (25mi.) northeast of Princeton beside the road to Summerland. BCFS recreation site and cartop boat launch present. BACK TO MAP

9. Davis Lake-70km. (44mi.) northwest of Princeton beside Boss Lake. BCFS recreation site and cartop boat launch are present and a car is adequate. BACK TO MAP

10. Deadman Lake-37km. (23mi.) north of Princeton. Take a gravel road off of Highway 5A 4km. (2.5mi.) north of Allison Lake. BCFS recreation site is present and a truck or 4X4 is recommended. BACK TO INSET

11. Dry Lake-24km. (15mi.) north of Princeton beside Highway 5A. Resort, camping, swimming and boat launch facilities are present. BACK TO MAP

12. Gladstone Lake-38km. (24mi.) north of Princeton aside Highway 5A. Cartop boat launch and picnic facilities available. BACK TO INSET

16. Hastings Lake-67km (42mi.) norhtwest of Princeton as described for Andys Lake with a second bracnh to be taken 12km. (7.5mi.) after leaving Highway 5A. BACK TO MAP

17. Hook (Boomerang) Lake-52km. (32mi.) north of Princeton. Access is via a branch off the road to Missezula Lake off Highway 5A. BCFS recreation site and 4X4 is recommended.

31. Murphy (Bear) Lake-30km. (19mi.) west of Coalmont. Access is from Tulameen. To east Murphy Lake there is a 1km final hike and to west Murphy Lake there is a 300 m final hike. BCFS sites. BACK TO MAP

33. Osprey Lake-46km. (29mi.) northeast of Princeton beside the road to Summerland. BCFS recreation site and cartop boat launch. A car is adequate. BACK TO MAP

34. Otter Lake-25km. (16mi.) northwest of Princeton at Tulameen. Facilities present include campsites and a boat launch at Otter Lake Provincial Park. A car is adequate. BACK TO MAP
